San Diego, CA – 16 April 2009 – Hopfoot, LLC announced today that they intend to launch their new Zazzeri Deckard Collection, (fine custom made furniture lines, designed in Italy and made in the USA) during the Official May 1^st, 2009 Unveiling at 503 N. La Cienega Blvd, Beverly Hills, California. The Zazzeri Deckard Collection, inspired and design by Zazzeri will be expertly hand crafted by Dean Jones, a highly acclaimed California artist and wood worker. Hopfoot will also showcase La Barca (the sleek minimalist arc shaped washbasin in natural travertine) featuring their MII (Made-In-Italy) Collections which will be permanently on display at the showroom.

Inspired by wood working in his youth, Dean Jones has studied and practiced the art of fine carpentry for over 25 years. In 1999 he opened Authentic Designs Inc. a high-end custom home remodeling company specializing in handcrafted cabinetry, interior architecture and accents. His approach to quality, design and function is reflected by each unique and beautiful creation.  His works are displayed in fine homes and upscale neighborhoods including Pasadena, La Jolla and Rancho Santa Fe.

The M ½ fasteners for the flexible pipes are situated in the upper part of the unit whereas the electronic connector, positioned in the lower part, allows the mechanism to connect directly to the mixer spout. The C3 Reflex system is equipped with two spherical stop-valves with easy inspection filters (which are to be installed before the mixer) guaranteeing ongoing and normal operation of the electrical generators, even if debris is present.

I recently found this survey, the 3rd Annual Green Building by Allen Matkins, Constructive Technologies Group (CTG) and the Green Building Insider reveals surprising results regarding green construction, from Dexigner. They state, that “the survey, completed by more than 900 respondents, addressed current attitudes toward green building, its risks, costs, certification processes and trends. The survey, which was completed in December 2008, gauges the opinions of professionals involved in green building and LEED certification. The majority of respondents endorsed building green, with 93.4 percent of survey participants agreeing that it is worth the time and effort. However, despite this endorsement of building green, 66.2 percent (down from 76 percent in the 2007 survey) agreed that it was worth obtaining official LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

These results suggest that while building industry respondents almost unanimously indicated that it is worth the time and effort to build green, LEED certification was perceived as attractive by just two-thirds of green building supporters. ”

So bottom line, it costs $400 to take the exam, now up to you to determine whether it’s worth it.
